STAYCATION RULES AND POLICIES
Crescent Beach is a shared 5-Star facility. It is remote and it is quiet. Our policies reflect our wish that it remains that way for our guests and their families.
Check-in and Check-out times
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Crescent Beach, check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 11:00am on the day of departure..
Maximum number of overnight guests
The total number of guests (adults and children) that may sleep at a Crescent Beach apartment is 6 persons. This number does not include children ages 0 – 2 for whom a cot is being made available.
Does the primary renter need to meet a minimum age requirement?
Yes, the primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 21.
Are events allowed?
No, events are not allowed. Guests may invite up to 4 other persons to visit for the purposes of sharing a meal. However, pool and recreational facilities may not be used by the invited persons without prior approval from Crescent Beach management. Loud music of any description at any time is not permitted.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Are children allowed?
Yes, children are allowed. Parents are responsible for the behaviour of their children and in particular the adherence to safety – the mandatory wearing of buoyancy jackets when in the ocean while snorkeling or kayaking.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside any apartment or facility. It is permitted outside provided that no guests from the other apartment are in the near vicinity (on their balcony, patio or in the courtyard etc).

Reservation deposits are held in trust until 7 days before the booking, after which the funds cannot be refunded unless an alternative booking for the period is obtained.
