NOTE: These puddings may be steamed in which case the small moulds will take 30-40 minutes whilst the large moulds will require 1 to 1 ½ hours. JAM SAUCE 1 gill water 4 lumps loaf sugar 2 tbsp raspberry jam Colouring 1 tsp arrowroot blended with a little water Rind and juice of half a lemon |
