Iced Coffee (Maria Teresa Faria de Freitas)
½ lb ground coffee
1 tin evaporated milk

¾ pint boiling water
Sugar to taste

1 pint cow’s milk
  1. Settle and strain the coffee mixture twice.
  2. Mix with the cow’s milk and evaporated milk and add sugar to taste.
  3. Chill and serve.
