Mince Meat and Potatoes (Delma Gomes)
Cooked seasoned minced meat
Butter

Thinly sliced raw potatoes
Beaten egg yolk
  1. Butter a dish.
  2. Put a row of potatoes, a row of minced meat alternately, ending up with potatoes.
  3. Add the beaten egg yolk and butter over the top.
  4. Bake until finished.
  5. Serve cold with white cabbage and potato salad.
