Ingredients: 4 eggs Equal weight of flour as the eggs | Equal weight of raisins as the eggs Equal weight of butter as the eggs | Equal weight of sugar as the eggs Equal weight of sultanas as the eggs |
Preparation: Whip all ingredients together thoroughly. The added egg whites must be of a firm foam consistency. Bake in the oven in a buttered vessel. |
