Regular pastry for a 9” pie ½ lb Swiss cheese – sliced ½ tsp salt 1 cup light cream or 2 cups milk | Swiss cheese custard pie 4 eggs Optional cayenne/nutmeg 1 tbsp melted butter | ½ lb diced bacon 1 tbsp flour 1 cup milk |
