Basic nightly rate	US$375	Six night minimum
Easter Holidays	US$499	Seven night minimum
Christmas Holidays	US$650	Seven night minimum
Cleaning	US$175	Per week
All rates are subject to an added 13% government accommodation tax. All bookings are subject to an added US$175 cleaning fee per clean per week. Easter and Christmas holiday bookings must begin before and end after the actual holiday.
